Depending on the projects you are working on, you can be paid on an hourly basis, or at fixed costs based on deliverables. We are always happy to work out something which works best for all parties.

As an example, if you are running late on a task, we like to be made aware of it as early as possible so we can manage clients’ expectations and also work together to find a mitigation strategy.

We like working with skilled people who care about the quality of their work and are always striving to get better by continuously learning and staying on top of the latest trends.

We don’t expect you to know or have an answer for everything, but we do expect you to be proactive and go and learn what is required in order to fill any gaps.

For us, commitments are sacred. When we make a commitment to a client (e.g. set a delivery date), we’ll do whatever it takes to honour that commitment.

We therefore need you to honour your commitments to us so that we can honour our commitments to our clients.

To deliver a great product or solution, you need to be willing to go the extra mile. It can be anything from that nice page transition animation, to that extra optimisation which results in a very fast page loading. We know we’ve gone the extra mile when the client says “WOW!”.
